We do it every year: We promise ourselves that with the turn of the calendar we’ll make the changes necessary to get healthier. According to usa.gov, many of the top resolutions that we make as Americans are health-related. Including resolving to:
- Lose weight.
- Stop smoking.
- Exercise more.
