Insulin Resistance Assessment

Insulin Resistance is classified by your body’s inability to regulate blood sugar metabolism effectively. This can lead to weight gain due to improper utilization of glucose/sugar, which is stored as fat rather than being used for fuel. Improper insulin levels can contribute to inflammation and is an important risk factor for diabetes.

Directions: please rate your symptoms below as Mild (or none), Moderate, or Severe. We will score your symptoms and display the results at the end of the assessment.
